Job Responsibility
- Handle all general administrative tasks & office management
- Prepare documents, quotations, invoices & payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Manage company documents, licenses, and filing systems
- Support HR and finance tasks when needed
- At least 1â2 years of admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle deadlines
