  • 協助其他人力資源進行休假管理、員工索賠等;
  • 更新及維護員工個人資訊;
  • 協助處理員工申訴事宜。
  • 其他指派的職責


行政:

  • 根據公司的管理要求和慣例準備和維護文件、記錄、檔案和報告
  • 操作辦公室機器,例如影印機和掃描器、傳真機、語音郵件系統和個人電腦。
  • 透過規劃和安排會議、研討會和其他活動來組織和協調行政活動
  • 協助辦公室行政活動,管理文具、用品、設備和家具等所有辦公用品的採購
  • 準備報告、備忘錄、信函和其他文件
  • 產生公司發票和付款收據
  • 管理辦公室安全系統並處理具有特定存取權限的員工門禁卡,保存良好的記錄或進出時間報告
  • 與人力資源部合作,確定並建議辦公室員工的個人發展計劃,並協助人力資源部為員工組織此類計劃。
  • 開立發票
  • 分配臨時任務


職位要求:

  • 應徵者必須至少擁有電腦科學/資訊科技、廣告/媒體研究、行銷、商業研究/行政/管理或同等專業的文憑或學位
  • 需要至少 1 年任何領域的工作經驗。鼓勵應屆畢業生申請
  • 正直、態度良好、善於團隊合作
  • 能夠進行分析/批判性思考
  • 需要具備良好的馬來語和英語書寫和口頭表達能力。其他語言具有附加價值。
  • 具有良好的溝通及人際交往能力,具有與多人溝通的能力。
  • 靈活、適應性強,必須具備談判和解決問題的能力
