**Working Hours:**
- 5 days a week
- 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM (1-hour lunch break, self-determined)

**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Minimum: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Entry-level candidates with Clerical/Administrative Support experience are preferred.
- Must have own transport.
- Available to start immediately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment.

**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining records and documents.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and online shopping orders.
- Monitoring inventory and delivery orders.
- Entering and updating information in databases or software systems.
- Communicating with customers online.
