You will play an important role as:

· Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources of leads including telephone directories

· Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe the benefits of products or services, to persuade potential clients make a successfully appointment

· Communicating with the clients via cold calling and email marketing

· Answer telephone calls from potential clients who are responding to advertisements

· Resolves client complaints and grievances and deals with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

· Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs

· Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction

· Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and best practices

· Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

· Education: Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business related field or equivalent

· Experience: Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales / Telemarketing Executive / Telemarketer / Telesales and Customer Service or equivalent

· Skills: Excellent active listening, persuasive, negotiation, and professional communication skills

· Languages: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
