We are hiring AP System Support Specialist to join our growing team at KL HUB Shah Alam. You will join a supportive team with the opportunity to develop both profesionally and personally with support.
About the role:

  • To provide 1st and 2nd level of support of systems in scope
  • Creation and keeping up to date support documentation such as SOPs or training materials
  • Analyze available data to find opportunities for improvements
  • Drive the discussion surrounding the developments and own JIRA stories
  • Assist day to day financial operations – answering queries, assisting with system faults
  • Promote and support ongoing and future operational changes – system changes, organizational changes, process changes
  • Support systems rollout in direct support to operations, training of operations/business key users
  • Establish and maintain connection to key business partners
  • Cooperate with other P&I elements from other business areas
  • Help with robotic process automation rollout and continuous development (process mapping, communication, promotion)
  • Develop and maintain newcomer’s training packs in cooperation with other P&I members and operations
  • Promote and adapt to LEAN methodology for improvements
  • Support adaption to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, PA and others
  • Share information and knowledge with others within the team and whole Hubs
  • Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
  • Participate, drive and lead projects – global or FSC related
  • Support of new systems which falls under P&I responsibilities
  • Maintains the principles, regulations and guidelines for BOZP & PO in all work activities and follows the policy and objectives of quality and environmental protection and the procedures and instructions in these areas.
  • Maintains the workplace and its equipment in good condition.
  • Actively works towards increasing their knowledge and skills.
  • Proposes improvement of processes and procedures within own‘s capabilities
  • Complies with the employer's internal regulations and generally applicable regulations


Requirements:

  • Secondary economic/accounting
  • 1-2 years in AP, AR
  • MS Office, ERP experience - ideally SAP, Esker as advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English and Mandarin
  • Basic understanding of financial flows in accounting
  • Service minded and customer-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to lead discussions, argue a case, explain a problem
  • Analytic skills
  • Team player
  • Flexibility, proactive approach, self-motivated
