What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to user reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store in a timely and professional manner.
• Address customer complaints, bugs, or feature requests with empathy and clarity.
• Thank users for positive feedback and highlight appreciation for loyal customers.
• Coordinate with product, support, and development teams to escalate critical feedback.
• Track recurring issues and provide insights to the team to help improve user satisfaction.
• Maintain a consistent tone and voice in all responses, in line with brand guidelines.
• Identify and report trends in feedback to improve app performance and customer experience.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in customer support, community management, or app review handling.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile apps and app store ecosystems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and brand tone in public responses.
• Empathetic communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of app development or ability to understand technical feedback is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like AppFollow, Appbot, or Google Play Console is a plus.
