The Role

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans that align with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for project planning and execution.
• Provide innovative design solutions that optimize space utilization, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to address any design-related issues and ensure adherence to the design intent.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and offerings.
• Participate in client presentations, meetings, and discussions to present design proposals, address feedback, and foster positive relationships.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge and proficiency in software development integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
