Assembly Engineer

Job Descriptions:
• Experience in semiconductor mechanical assembly BKM’s: Torquing, Tube flaring and bending, cable routing, i.e.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing and quality team to ensure product meet specifications
• Good in analyzing test data and result to make necessary improvement on the process
• Create and maintain process documentation, equipment maintenance, work instructions and assembly guidelines.
• Implement improvement plan to enhance efficiency of process, material and manpower.
• Leading participating in yield & quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Practice electrical safety regulations and protocols.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical with minimum 2 yrs in mechanical background in semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD software and quality control tools
• Familiar with cleanroom protocols and safety procedure in a semiconductor environment
