Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching music at the IGCSE level and a commitment to inspiring students through music education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons in line with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Prepare students for IGCSE music examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage and support students' musical development and creativity.
- Organize and participate in school concerts and musical events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.
- Teaching qualification and experience with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Previous teaching experience in an international school setting is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Part-time, Weekdays: 5 - 6 hours
- Total hours, 17-18 hours per week
