Job Responsibility
- collaborating with the class teacher to ensure a secure, nurturing, and engaging learning atmosphere for children.
- Working closely with the teacher team, you will contribute to supporting childrenâs learning and development
- At least a SPM or any related field
- Fresh graduate or 1 year teaching experience.
- Passionate about working with children and fostering their growth and development
- Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and management
- Salary Range:RM1,700 â RM2,200, based on your experience and qualifications.
- Hands On Training: Our teachers, certified by AMI (Association Montessori International) will offer on-the job training to help you enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
- Caring and Peaceful Learning & Working Environment: We foster the values of love and peace in our educational approach, creating a positive learning and working environment.
- Work Hours: The work schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 7.30am â 5.00pm
- Leave Benefits: You can enjoy eight weeks of paid leave annually. In addition to all Selangor' Public Holidays.
