As Personalization Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering personalized customer journey across Onsite, Omni-channel and Offsite touchpoints. You will also align closely with region, agencies and markets to assure optimal execution and governance for all operational activities.


  • Drive and deliver Onsite use case implementations via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Support implementation of personalized customer journeys, automations, and email HTML templates for Omnichannel use cases
  • Supporting local markets in day-to-day Personalization operations, with a focus on achieving optimal use of Personalization use cases
  • Monitor KPIs and formulate actionable insights and recommendations for markets and management.
  • Recommend regional Offsite audience strategy for a personalized and focused media playout to achieve optimal performance
  • Effectively oversee local agencies to ensure the highest quality delivery in media planning and execution across all markets
  • Align and work closely with all streams to deliver Personalization activations across Campaigns and Always-on to ensure on-time delivery
  • Analyze business requirements and design business solutions closely with business partners based on needs
  • Demand management and co-ordination with HQ and market


Qualifications

Education Level/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing/Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Good to have: SFMC Email Specialist Certification, Google Ads certification


Experience (type of)

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in media planning, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, preferably on an agency side.
  • Experience in designing and implementing personalized 360+ data driven customer journeys.
  • Good understanding of overall audience strategy and best practices
  • Excellence communication and influencing skills required. Ability to translate local market Business and technical requirements and provide optimization strategies.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads


Soft Skills:

  • Good team player and excellent analytical problem-solving skill
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Customer service oriented and strong service mind
  • Good English communication skills, ability to communication clearly across all levels of the organization and cross culturally
