We are looking for a purpose-driven Talent Acquisition professional with a hunter mentality to join us!

This Malaysia-based role is a key part of our People team, partnering closely with our leaders to attract, engage, and hire great talent across all business areas as we continue our rapid growth in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and beyond.

About The Role

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, actively reaching out to and building a talent community for Bowtie, championing a proactive and high-touch approach to candidate experience.

In addition to engaging with talents, you will drive employer branding initiatives and partner on workforce planning to ensure Bowtie hires and retains diverse, top-tier talents who share our values and passion.

Key Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a range of business functions.
  • Design and implement employer branding campaigns to position Bowtie as an employer of choice within insurance, health tech, and startup ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to anticipate talent needs, support workforce planning, and drive pipeline development for critical roles.
  • Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring respectful and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilise data-driven insights and market trends to optimise recruitment channels, diversify talent pools, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new joiners have an exceptional start to their Bowtie career.
  • Build strategic relationships with external partners, universities, and talent communities to strengthen Bowtie’s presence and access new talent streams.

Your Profile: Who We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within tech, healthcare, or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Email, and other outreach channels
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience using digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards) and leveraging analytics for hiring success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese language.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
