- 管理技術人員和管理員團隊。提供指導、培訓和績效評估，以優化團隊績效。
- 監控服務品質和客戶滿意度，根據需要實施糾正措施和流程改善。
- 作為升級的客戶查詢或投訴的聯絡點，及時解決問題並確保積極的客戶體驗。
- 與客戶建立並維持良好的關係，了解他們的需求並主動解決任何疑慮或要求。
- 使用關鍵績效指標分析服務和營運數據，以識別趨勢、做出數據驅動的決策並實施改善策略。
- 有效分配資源，包括人員、設備和預算，以優化服務交付並實現組織目標。
- 與銷售和採購等其他部門合作，實現整體業務目標並提高客戶滿意度。
- 制定並實施服務和營運政策、程序和最佳實踐，以確保商品和服務的一致性和品質。
- 準備定期的績效報告和演示，強調成就、挑戰和改進管理的建議。
- 電子電氣專業文憑或學位
- 至少3年相關工作經驗
- 能夠用英語、馬來語和華語書寫和說話者優先
- 電腦知識
- 做好管理和協調工作
