Job Responsibility
- Make preparations before starting the construction project.
- Manage and monitor the overall progress of the construction and construction workers well
- Review the construction plan and Latter Award before the project starts.
- Report and update for each stage of construction progress until the project is completed.
- Make quality checks and provide the completed project to the customer.
- Manage the appointed vendors for the project.
- Manage defect work for projects under warranty
- Prepare as a Site Supervisor for field work (Construction site)
- Learn to be a Project Manager
- Review construction plans
- Learn to prepare 'Latter Award' to appointed vendors
- Prepare Project reports.
- Make quality checks and provide completed projects to customers.
- Manage appointed vendors for the project.
- Learn to manage defect work for projects under warranty
- Learn to manage construction workers
- Prepare to work outside the "out station" area (Travel throughout peninsular Malaysia) have driving and can drive.
- Learn to operate construction tools and machines
- Vehicle provided (Outside work)
- Fuel and toll claims provided (Outside work)
- Meal claims provided (Outside work)
- Accommodation and hotel claims provided (Outside work)
- Comfortable "work station"
- Large and comfortable work / office atmosphere
