Job summary:

Conduct QC inspections, maintain quality records, assist audits, handle complaints, and support quality improvement initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine QC inspections of incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods to ensure compliance to quality standards
- Maintain quality records and reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in internal and external quality audits
- Support the investigation and closure of product quality complaints and non-conformance
- Monitor service quality of external vendors such as pest control and etc
- Provide technical assistance to improve product quality and process
- Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
- Minimum Diploma in food science or quality related courses
- Fresh graduate or
- Work experience in food industry will be added advantage
- Knowledge in quality control process and food regulation
- Knowledge in HACCP/GMP or other quality management systems
- Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Teamwork and communication skills
