Assistant Sales Manager /PPE

We are currently on the search for a PPE Asst. Sales Manager based in Petaling Jaya, to develop our turnover and market penetration in the region for corporate sales while improving our profitability and creating new customers to grow our business.

• You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and are responsible for the business development goals for the high-quality brand portfolio in PPE segment such as RED WING.
• Set budget and forecast for PPE business and align with your superior for validation.
• Develop sales activities on-site and implement them.
• Manage the sales processes by continuously improving its daily efficiency and productivity.
• Keep up-to-date with the PPE market evolution in terms of customers and competitive presence.
• Acquire new customers.
• Strengthen the Market presence.

Requirements:
√ At least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in the related field.

√ Possess 3-5years of working experience in Industrial Sales. Experience in sales of PPE will be an added advantage.

√ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

√ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders.

√ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

√ Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.

√ Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

√ Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.

√ Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.
