- Oversee the after-sales operations at the KL branch, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the after-sales engineering team, providing guidance and support to meet company objectives.
- Implement company strategies for after-sales services, with a focus on KPIs such as sales targets, profitability, and customer care activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to support operational goals.
- Evaluate and monitor engineers’ performance, providing feedback to enhance service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in the working environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high morale among the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in the machinery sales and service industry, with a strong focus on after-sales operations.
- Driven to advance to a managerial role in 2-3 years, with strong team leadership and industry expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in Malay and English, both spoken and written.
- Must be able to work in Shah Alam.
