Audit Senior

About the role

KL & Co. PLT. is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in Kuantan, Pahang. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to our diverse range of clients. This full-time position is based in Kuantan, Pahang.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and carry out audit engagement in efficient and professional manner
• Liaise with clients to understand their business operations and all aspects of audit assignments
• Supervise and mentor junior audit team members, providing guidance and coaching to develop their skills
• Prepare audited financial statements and ensure audit procedures are carried out in accordance with auditing standards and financial reporting standards
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in accountancy and or professional qualification, such as ACCA, CPA or CA, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards, audit procedures and related regulations
• Experience in guiding and coaching juniors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Willing to travel and able to work independently
