- Billing Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle for all project account for billing and filling.
- Check costing for all project shipment.
- Prepare monthly credit report.
- Handle payment and collection.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
- Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing or related field.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
