  • Billing Assistant


Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle for all project account for billing and filling.
  • Check costing for all project shipment.
  • Prepare monthly credit report.
  • Handle payment and collection.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.


Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in billing, invoicing or related field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
