Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets within the logistics and warehousing sector.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends, informing strategic decision-making and sales approaches.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact for major clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, providing insights into market dynamics and sales effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, expanding the company's customer base and market presence.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals within the logistics and warehousing sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the transportation and logistics industry, specifically within the Port Klang region.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and participation in industry events.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
