Billing Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Calculate, prepare, and process service notes and invoices
  • Liaise with and assist the billing team
  • Cross-check shipments with the in-house tracking system
  • Communicate with the accounting team of other BBB Express Networks (Franchisees)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: SPM
  • Minimum Working Experience: At least 2 years
  • Hands-on approach, willing to sort through existing records and create order
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
