BIM Modeller

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers to bring designs to life by producing high-quality layouts, proposal drawings, diagrams, and technical sketches using advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools. Your work will play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions.

• Uses REVIT to develop designs, create and revise production drawings. (draw trunking/tray base on the engineer's sketch.).
• Liaise with engineer for drawing updates & changes.
• Able to understand the drawing specifications and written instructions provide by Engineer and revise drawings as per request.
• Site visit for as-built drawing - Prepare and review the rough sketches and review them along with the project team.
• To prepare project documentations as when required.
• Attend coordination meeting with consultant, client, and main contractor etc., (Prepare and complete necessary drawings during meeting).
• Familiar and understand Electrical and Instrumentation installation detail and limitations.
• Responsible to execute project implementation accordance to agreed customer requirement and always refer to the established ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals and Work Instruction Manuals.
• Responsible to identify hazards during design stage accordance to ISO 45001 established Occupational Health and Safety Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals, Operational Procedures and to eliminate or minimise the impact of identified risk thorough the execution of mitigation action.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with REVIT MEP.
