Summary: You will drive the growth and competitiveness of Decorative product, concept, or solutions portfolio. You will act as the key driver behind innovation, market development, and portfolio performance - ensuring our offerings are aligned with evolving customer needs and market trends to deliver profitable growth. This role will be based in Shah Alam and reporting to Senior Brand Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, concepts, and business cases that drive competitive advantage.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation Manager to develop compelling innovation concepts rooted in real consumer needs.
  • Take full ownership of the Decorative’s performance—driving growth in sales, profitability, and market share.
  • A key connector with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing to implement and executive effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and tools are aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Optimize local assortment based on market needs and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies in coordination with the Sales team to maximize revenue and market penetration.


Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Brand Management.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Teamwork spirit and able to work independently.
  • You have great communication skill.
