Brand Marketing Executive (品牌营销主管)

Job Scope :

To implement plans for brand, customer experience and brand loyalty to drive the Company's brands awareness via effective strategies to achieve growth objectives. To conduct regular market research to forecast upcoming market trend and competition for expanding brand recognition in market.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop global brand assets and amp; tools, to guide consistent creation of brand experiences
2. Monitor and review ongoing brand implementation and application
3. Promote consistent effective amp; efficient brand communication across all properties
4. Build and maintain strong relationship with principal and sales team to ensure plans and initiatives are executed smoothly
5. To build productive business relationships with key customers and buyers from both ethical and trade channels
6. To conduct field work with sales team
7. Conceptualize and develop brand ATL and BTL campaigns
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to produce effective marketing materials
9. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
10. Manage social media marketing campaigns and digital advertising campaigns
11. Conduct market research, brand audiences and competitors and end- to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
12. Manage the marketing budget in a cost-effective manner
13. Work with Business Development team and the different subsidiaries' brand teams for new product development, branding and communications requirements
14. Collaborate with external vendors such as PR and /or digital agency to drive communication plan
15. Prepare regular reporting requirements for Top Management updates

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree holder in Marketing / Mass Communication or Public Relation
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in branding & digital marketing within retail /F&B / FMCG industry
• Good understanding of multi-channel media landscape with proven success of achieving earned media coverage
• Experience in stakeholders engagement and project management
• Strong written, speaking and presentation skill
• Excellent organizing skill and detail oriented
