JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY
- INTERPRET ARCHITECTURAL CIVIL & STRUCTURAL (C&S), AND MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL (M&E) DRAWINGS, AS WELL AS OTHER CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
- COORDINATE CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL WORK ON ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
- DRAFT PLANS USING CAD AND BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) SOFTWARE.
- MANAGE PROJECTS INVOLVING THE INSTALLATION OR DISMANTLING OF BUILDING SERVICES, INCLUDING COST FORECASTING AND KEEPING CLIENTS INFORMED OF PROGRESS.
- ENSURE SYSTEMS COMPLY WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS.
- NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS WITH PROJECT DESIGNER AND CONSULTANT.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- STRONG COMMAND OF ENGLISH, BAHASA MELAYU, AND MANDARIN (FLUENCY IN MANDARIN IS PREFERRED).
- DEGREE IN CIVIL OR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERINNG OR A RELATED FIELD.
- PROFICIENT IN CAD SOFTWARE.
- STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
- A TEAM PLAYER WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND GOOD COMMUNICATION ABILITIES.
