Business Application Executive
Are you passionate about enhancing business systems and ensuring smooth operational support? Royal Selangor is seeking a dynamic Business Application Executive to manage and integrate our e-commerce, POS, and ERP platforms, driving seamless performance and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration and functionality of e-commerce, POS, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assess systems regularly for upgrades or enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently through the helpdesk.
- Work with software vendors and partners to address and fix technical problems.
- Collaborate with departments to analyse business operations and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Key Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and integrating collaborative tools, POS systems and ERPs.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using retail POS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, as well as Magento and cloud computing, are a bonus.
- Candidates with experience and proficiency in business process analysis, system integration and project management are preferred.
