We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cantonese Speaking Home-based Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in customer service and administration. It requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs.

Job Description:

As a Home-based Project Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of our projects. You will be responsible for document management, client communication, and preparing final test reports before project closure. This role offers flexibility but requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

- Document Management: Review, organize, and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact with clients, collecting required document and inspection providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring client requirements are understood and met.

- Final Testing and Reporting: Assist in preparing the final test report by gathering data from UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases and compiling findings.

- Project Tracking: Collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

- Quality Control: Support the project manager in ensuring all documents, reports, and communications are accurate and adhere to company standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a project assistant, coordinator, or administrative role, preferably in a tech or design-related field.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Cantonese/Mandarin and English.

- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent document review and proofreading skills.

- Familiarity with website or app development processes is a plus.
