Job Responsibility

Childcare Duties

  • Provide attentive care for a 3-year-old toddler.
  • Organize appropriate activities and educational play sessions.
  • Ensure the childâs safety and well-being at all times.
  • Prepare meals/ snacks and assist with feeding.
  • Handle basic hygiene tasks (e.g., diaper changes, bathing).
  • Keep the childâs play area and items clean and organized.

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.
  • Assist with errands, including shopping and pickups.
  • Coordinate travel plans or arrangements for the family when needed.
  • Follow and assist the employer at various locations as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in childcare, especially with toddlers, is preferred.
    • Familiarity with basic personal assistant tasks is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to organize and multitask effectively.
    • Basic cooking and cleaning skills.
  • Personality: Patient, organized, and adaptable, with good communication skills.
  • Traits: Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
  • Flexibility: Willing to assist wherever needed, including accompanying to various locations.
Job Benefits

  • Overtime Pay: Paid overtime for extended hours on Thursdays.

  • Working Days/Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM â 7:30 PM.
    • Thursdays: Extended hours until 10:00 PM.
  • Other Benefits: Flexibility to gain experience in both childcare and PA roles.
