- Develop cost estimates, select vendors, and handle technical and commercial clarifications.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
- Required skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
