Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer specializing in React Native to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile app projects, developing cross-platform mobile applications, and collaborating with various team members including full stack developers, UI/UX designers using Figma, and test engineers. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications that align with our business objectives and user needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Partnership Development
• Lead initiatives to identify, establish, and nurture strategic business partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring longterm collaboration and value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external partners to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding.
• Organize and participate in partnership meetings, presentations, and events to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Provide partners with regular updates on joint initiatives and their progress.
• Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization’s market presence and strengthen partnerships.
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement in partnership strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Contract Negotiation and Compliance
• Manage contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the organization’s policies.
• Ensure all partnerships comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Monitor partnership agreements to ensure obligations are met by both parties.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business partnerships and their contribution to organizational goals.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate feedback and enhance partnership strategies.
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Labour or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business partnership development, stakeholder management, or strategic planning roles.
• Strong understanding of business development frameworks, negotiation techniques, and partnership best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in React Native development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with mobile app state management (e.g., Redux, MobX)
• Familiarity with native modules and ability to bridge native components when necessary
• Proficiency in using Git for version control
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes (App Store and Google Play)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with Expo framework
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for mobile apps
• Understanding of SQLite or Realm for local data storage in mobile apps
• Experience with mobile app performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of mobile app security best practices
• Familiarity with automated testing for mobile applications (e.g., Detox, Jest)
