As the Compliance Content AI and Automation Lead at Ideagen, you will drive the strategic integration of artificial intelligence and automation into our compliance content creation and management processes.

Your role is pivotal in shaping and delivering an AI Compliance Content Strategy that aligns with Ideagen’s vision and business objectives. By leveraging generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and large language models, you will build innovative tools, streamline workflows, and enhance compliance content quality and efficiency, tailored to the legal, regulatory, and compliance needs of our content solutions, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• AI Compliance Content Strategy: Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive AI compliance content strategy aligned with Ideagen's AI product roadmap and broader company objectives.
• AI Tools & Training: Stay current with AI advancements, tools, and systems; evaluate their suitability for Ideagen’s content teams; and deliver relevant training and education.
• Tool & Framework Development: Implement generative AI, ML frameworks, and large language models (LLMs); build in-house tools to automate bespoke workflows for content creation and maintenance.
• Efficiency & Performance: Lead initiatives to streamline content creation, updates, and maintenance using AI and automation; evaluate and implement tools that enhance efficiency and define performance KPIs.
• Innovation in Compliance Content Solutions: Identify opportunities to create AI-enabled legal, regulatory, and compliance content solutions tailored to customer needs.
• AI-Based Compliance Content Creation: Collaborate with Product R&D to develop AI-driven solutions like automated compliance assessments, regulatory change notifications, and legal document summaries.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and optimise prompts for generative AI and LLMs to improve content quality, relevance, and accuracy; create reusable prompt libraries tailored to Ideagen’s compliance content.
• Evaluation & Collaboration: Design frameworks to evaluate improvements in AI workflows; work closely with product, technology, and content teams to successfully integrate AI into operations.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Software Development Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a hands-on software development role, with proven expertise in working with data and content-related processes to ensure accurate and meaningful AI model outputs.
• AI & ML Implementation: Demonstrated ability to implement generative AI (gen AI), machine learning frameworks, and large language models (LLMs), including familiarity with gen AI orchestration tools.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with a wide range of AI tools, LLMs, no/low-code workflow builders, and AI coding tools; strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in content-driven environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven AI implementation, automation, or innovation experience—preferably within legal, compliance, or regulatory sectors; familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks to contextualize AI applications is an added advantage.
• Prompt Engineering: Hands-on experience in crafting and optimizing prompts to improve AI model accuracy and relevance.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in leading people, aligning teams, and driving growth; strong interpersonal skills to align AI initiatives with business goals and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and continuously improve AI-driven solutions; strong skills in project management and process optimization.
