YOUR ROLE

• -Work interactively with production, customer and vendor to seek for improvement on quality issue and productivity.
• -Lead, supervise and motivate QA teams to achieve quality objective.
• -Dedicate as leader for internal and external audit.
  
  

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Validate the requirements from JNTL and JJVC and transfer into the approved process for Co-Pack and Vision Care operation
• Monitor JJVC non conformities during incoming
• Managing segregation and label of quarantine shipment
• Monitor the outgoing quality check for co-pack Finish Good
• Monitor transporter delivery performance pertaining to requirement in Quality Agreement and Service Agreement
• Respond to JNTL and JJVC Quality pertaining to all quality-related issue (rework, sorting, process validation, Transportation test etc)
• Managing QMS CAR management system (CAR,ECAR,ICAR) for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC
• Involve in quality & process improvement activities for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC
• Involve in quality related audit for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC
• Ensure JNTL Co-pack & Vision Care operational processes are well established, documented, updated and controlled
• Educate the HOD of JNTL Co-pack & Vision Care on the requirement of document control process
• Verification of inspection results conducted by Online Inspector and necessary documentation pertaining to the product release
• Monitor the timely submission of necessary documentation for product release (Daily Job Report & Incoming Inspection Checklist)
• Arrangement of standard reference and work instruction, necessary requirements & approval for rework job, sorting & process validation
• Compile the inspection result and submit to Warehouse QA for finish products from co-pack.
• Verification of inspection results of over labelling activity conducted by Online inspector (Daily Job Report) and necessary documentation pertaining to full receipt process for putting goods away in storage locations.
• Monitor incoming and over labelling activity and notify JJVC Quality in event of non-conformities detected upon receipt
• Ensuring necessary documentation and label for quarantine shipment is not distribute to the market without approval from JJVC approval
• Drive JNTL Co-pack & Vision Care operation in ensuring all customer quality incidents being addressed and channelled to CEVA Quality Dept
• Coordinate with related party for thorough investigation to determine the root cause within the required time frame
• Review the appropriate actions to be implemented for corrective & preventive actions
• Monitor the non-conformity status & follow-up till action(s) closure
• Assist in coordination with CEVA Quality Dept to plan and provide regular competency training as necessary to Co-pack & Vision Care staff
• Assist QMS to conduct supplier audit evaluation for JNTL and Vision Care vendor, transporter and courier
