Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in carry out pre contract and post contract.
• Liasion with Consultants on all contractual matters, progress claim, site valuation, Variation Orders, final certificate.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow projection and budget cost for projects.
• Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers to obtain information and quotation. Evaluate supplier / subcontractor's quotation and prepare cost analysis.
• Prepare payment certificates and finalize final accounts of projects.
• Liaison and coordinate with site personnel on contractual matters.
• To carry out any other ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time
• To liaise with procurement departments for clarification and further information; i.e. information on materials pricing and commercial terms.
• Taking off quantities.

c). Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantitiy Surveying or civil Engineering.
2. At least 10 year(s) working experience of working in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office
4. Able to perform multitasking, good management skils with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.
5. Possess a positive attitude, Self-motivated, team player, able to work. independently, meticulous and good communication and analytical skills.
6. Preference given to those with experience in large-scale projects.
7. All positions are based in Kuching, and local candidates from Sarawak are given priority
8. Well versed and familiar with various Forms of Contracts. (such as PAM Contracts (Private Contract), PWD/JKR Contract (Goverment Contract), and Other Ad-Hoc Client Contract)
