About the role

Join the passionate culinary team at Kisah KST Sdn Bhd as a Cook based in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As a full-time Cook, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing high-quality, fresh ingredients into delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver meals on time and to specification
• Be able to follow our Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in using the ingredient to minimalise the wastage.
• Ensuring cleanliness of work-station

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar food service role
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong knowledge in preparing Thai Cuisine.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality customer service
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and kitchen procedures
