• Cook (Hiring for 4 headcounts)
• Kitchen Helper (Hiring for 5 headcounts)

Location: Putrajaya

Job Requirements

• All races are welcomed to apply.
  Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  At least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position.

Cook

• To ensure that the stock items taken are in good condition.
• Items received and to be store in the storeroom on the cold room should be checked for quality and quantity.
• To ensure the amount of food to prepare are according to the standard recipe and for consistent preparation.
• To go through daily on the items and recipes which have been prepared accordingly on a day to day basis.
• Follow all basic kitchen sanitation standards.
• Follow the sanitation and maintain a high cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• To assist the CDP, Head Chef, on day to day operation.

Kitchen Helper

• To ensure that the stock items taken are in good condition
• To follow up in preparing items according to the given instruction
• To go through daily on the items and recipes which have been prepared accordingly on a day to day basis
• Follow all basic kitchen sanitation standards
• Follow the sanitation and maintain a high cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
