What You'll Do
Assess and identify potential M&A and JV opportunities aligned with corporate goals
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and due diligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives
Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare detailed reports on investment opportunities
Drive the execution of strategic projects from conception to implementation
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate strategy or related field
Proven track record in evaluating M&A/JV opportunities
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling techniques
