We are seeking a dynamic CSI (Certified System Integrator) Manager to spearhead growth within our Connected Lighting business across the APAC region. This pivotal role involves cultivating strategic partnerships with our network of Certified System Integrators – a unique and crucial go-to-market channel for Signify – as well as enabling the deployment of cutting-edge connected lighting solutions and executing impactful go-to-market strategies.

Key Areas Of Focus In This Role Include
Operational Excellence
- Localize and execute the global CSI strategy to drive growth in key segments and geographies.
- Develop and implement a robust channel program to onboard and expand CSI partners across portfolios.
- Ensure disciplined sales operations through forecasting, funnel management, project registration, and sales productivity tracking.
- Drive adoption of digital tools (e.g., SAP C4C, Key Account Plans) and deliver on operational KPIs.
- Provide market insights to internal stakeholders to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and sales efficiency targets for the CSI channel.
- Manage controllable Sellex and ensure effective execution of marketing and partner programs.
- Champion customer-centricity by aligning partner and ecosystem activities to deliver maximum value.
- Drive thought leadership in connected lighting/IoT and strengthen brand preference across the ecosystem.
- Equip partners with tools, training, and content to effectively sell and promote connected/system solutions.
- Build team capabilities in commercial, technical, and digital competencies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Lead, coach, and engage talent while promoting cross-functional knowledge sharing.
Skills

- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
- Ideally a background in the same or adjacent industry (e.g. automation, IoT or systems).
- Strong coaching and performance management abilities, with experience leading across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, especially in complex systems/services ecosystem.
- Strong partner management experience, ensuring alignment of partner goals with Signify’s commercial strategy.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building, with a strong track record in influencing decision-makers and leading negotiations.
