Job Purpose

  • Responsible to drive overall end-to-end management of Sales Cycle from Service Request to Order approval by customer included management of Variation Order prices submission / approval by customer.
  • Drive reconciliation project of Service Order Form (SOF) / Sales Proposal (SPR) with multiple customer(s) as part of renewal of tenancies exercise.


Key Accountabilities

  • Assist preparation of SPR and Order for Build-to-Suit, Colocation, Upgrade, Decommission etc. in accordance with company guidelines and processes / Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identify and validate the details in each SPR / Order Forms especially for upgrades (e.g. Active Equipment’s count/ ground space) and manage customers on the VO items verifications and disputes.
  • Regular follow up of pending orders with root cause and duly report to supervisor.
  • Prepare weekly report on the job accomplishment and validate from supervisor.
  • To support AR Resolution Management team to resolve and manage aspects of disputes and ageing (more than 90 days) with customers and internal stakeholder. This including resolve dispute settlement, reporting, data analysis, dispute management & prevention and business process changes/updates.


Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree, preferably Telecommunications, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience integrating & supporting Order Management process would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications and a high degree of efficiency in Excel.
  • Adaptation to work in multiple Digital applications / apps as managed by the company.
  • Communication skills (English) for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments, customers and upper management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • "Multilingual” - speaking the languages of business, finance, sales and serving as interpreters between these groups.
