Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound calls while consistently demonstrating effective sales techniques and delivering a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
- Utilize a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services that support business growth.
- Provide solutions within the defined scope of support (SOS), and when necessary, guide customers to third-party assistance or paid service options.
- Perform basic product troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently, aiming for resolution during the first contact.
- Achieve performance targets, including First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 2- 3 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong focus on solution-based selling.
- Language of Hindi and English is compulsory.
- In-depth knowledge of client products and services.
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, client relationship management, and effective use of CRM platforms.
- Related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a performance-driven environment with commission, bonus, or KPI-based incentives.
- Need to relocate work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Provided training.
- 5 working days (Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm) based on serving country.
- Provided language allowance.
- Provided commission.
- Provided housing allowance (if from other country).
- Near to LRT Station.
