Job Responsibility

  • Communicate Customer Enquiry via Whatsapp, Social Media, Phone Calls.
  • Handle Delivery order and Packaging.
  • Handle Complaint with appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Operation Efficiency.
  • Communicate with Production Team to Ensure Operation Efficiency.
  • Liase with customer & Runner face to face to ensure they gotten the correct orders.

Job Requirements

  • We have 2 seperate brands , KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.
  • 2 Different outlets, next to each other.
  • Fluent in English (advanced level).
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sundays are for recovery! ( 5 working days).
  • Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Have fun at work.
