Customer Service - Immediate Hiring

Responsibilities:

• New/Follow Up Call business decision makers in Malaysia and Singapore using a given phone database to promote B2B products or schedule sales appointments.
• Schedule qualified sales meetings to assist sales consultants in closing deals.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand customer problems and propose solutions over the phone.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with the latest information.

Incentive:
Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Requirements:

• Able to work independently
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting KPIs over the phone.
• Persistent, results-oriented, patient, and able to handle customer rejection.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
• Proficient in English is a must.
