- Minimum diploma qualification required
- Comfortable working with the tobacco manufacturing industry
- Able to handle rotational channels: Live chats, emails and calls (inbound and outbound)
- Able to join immediately
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, identify their needs, clarify information, and conduct thorough research to provide effective solutions or alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide exceptional customer support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
