Customer Service Representative (Fluent in Chinese)

Job Description:

•Understand and respond to customer inquiries through chat, and other channels to driven and close sales.

•Ensure inquiries are addressed or routed to the appropriate support team.

•Ensure that service levels meet customer expectations, particularly for high-priority clients.

•Manage escalations, ensuring they are tracked and resolved as needed.

•Accurately follow procedures, including call flows, data entry, and complaint processes.

•Demonstrate responsibility in ensuring customer satisfaction.

•Provide professional and competent customer service.

•Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.

•Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve product and service quality.

•Provide detailed product information to customers, including gift basket selections, customization, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

•Diploma/Degree or equivalent; A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.

•1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .

•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

•A positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.

•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

•Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English.

Working Hours
•Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

•Desa Cemerlang 81800Johor Bahru.
