What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships with our partnering centres, driving engagement, and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. Your ability to provide seamless customer support and proactive solutions will be key to retaining satisfied clients and driving Courtsite’s growth.

• Own Relationships: Manage a portfolio of partner centres, fostering long-term loyalty and retention by providing exceptional customer service.
• Client Onboarding: Guide new centres through the onboarding process to ensure smooth platform adoption and create positive first impressions.
• Drive Product Adoption: Help partners maximize the benefits of Courtsite’s platform by identifying opportunities for upsells and product features that drive growth.
• Technical Support & Solutions: Be the go-to for solving technical issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions, and serving as an escalation point when necessary.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our internal teams—Business Development, Product, and Tech—to drive improvements and provide the best solutions for our clients.
• Data-Driven Impact: Use data insights to identify trends and help customers optimize their operations, ensuring they reach their full potential with Courtsite.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Ideally, you have 1+ years in a Customer Success or similar role, especially in SaaS or tech. No experience? No problem! We welcome enthusiastic applicants ready to learn.
• Strong Communication: You’re a natural at building rapport, solving problems, and explaining solutions clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin is a bonus)
• People-Centric: You’re empathetic, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Analytical Skills: You have a knack for understanding data and turning it into actionable insights to support client growth.
• Self-Motivated: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving customer success targets.
