We're Hiring: Customs Officer!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Customs Officer to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of customs regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to imports and exports.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Flexible office & remote
Role: Customs Officer (6 months)
What You'll Do
Diploma or Degree in General Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
Minimum 3-5 Years f Experience In SCM Activities.
Basic knowledge of supply chain, Goods management and Customs
Familiarity with Classification, Incoterms, Customs document
SCertification in Customs or Trade Compliance is an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

What You'll Do
- Manage Customs operation in Stellantis cover Manufacturing plant and Aftermarket entities, ensuring compliance with Customs / Authority requirement.
- Enhance and strengthen role and responsibilities of Customs functional in Malaysia and ASEAN.
- Establish and maintain Customs procedures align with MY Customs Law and requirement.
- Provide Customs related support and guidance to Internal stakeholder.
- Act bridging between internal stakeholder and external – Customs and Authority on Customs related topics.
- Managing Broker Management
