- 監督和管理財務部門，包括應付帳款和應收帳款 (AP/AR) 流程。
- 領導開發專案的財務規劃和現金流管理。
- 進行可行性研究並制定財務預測。
- 管理信用控制並確保及時收取應收帳款。
- 為專案和公司製定並實施有效的財務標準作業程序（SOP）。
- 與業務部門合作處理開發啟動的財務方面事宜。
- 就商業合約、財務激勵和銀行貸款申請提供深刻的會計、財務和稅務專業知識。
- 具有與銀行家聯絡申請銀行貸款的能力，有魅力，能夠說服銀行家展示專案的良好回報。
- 核算並處理每月收入、供應商帳單、員工索賠和日記帳分錄
- 準備稅務計算、協調報稅、處理納稅、管理預扣稅等
- 與首席營運長合作制定預算和現金流預測。
- 維護準確的會計記錄，包括固定資產、應付帳款/應收帳款和項目資本支出。
- 確保及時準確地進行月末結帳和管理帳戶報告。
- 管理年末結帳和提交財務報表以滿足法規遵從和稅務目的。
- 與外部審計師、稅務代理和其他專業顧問聯絡。
- 確保遵守公司的會計政策、財務控制和風險管理架構。
- 根據需要管理其他臨時財務相關任務。
- 協助採購事宜；
- 規劃和準備公司現金流及其任何用途的需求，包括營運資本等；
- 負責提供預算控制；
- 履行財務職責，包括現金管理、財務風險管理、銀行關係、資本結構管理等；
