Role Overview

Join Maxis as a Digital & Automation Intern and gain hands-on experience in data exploration, automation, and digital transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on key projects, including data cleaning, dashboard creation, and automation solutions. You'll enhance your technical skills while contributing to impactful projects that drive operational efficiency and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Understanding and Exploration: Analyze and explore datasets to uncover patterns and insights that support digital transformation initiatives.
• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Use SQL and Python to clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Dashboard Creation for Key Controls: Develop interactive dashboards to monitor and report on critical metrics, ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights.
• Automation Projects: Design and implement automation solutions using digital tools and technologies to optimize workflows and processes.
  
  

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management, familiarity with Python for data cleaning and automation tasks.
• Basic understanding of automation tools and techniques to streamline processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies, effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
