- Plan and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration across digital channels.
- Develop and refine copywriting and proofreading tasks to align with the brand's voice and campaign objectives.
- Leverage advanced AI tools to automate marketing workflows, optimize content delivery, and enhance overall campaign performance.
- Strategize, execute, and monitor all digital and social media advertising efforts, including budgeting, tracking, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Support) to coordinate marketing events, activities, and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Build and optimize high-converting digital marketing funnels to generate and nurture leads across multiple touchpoints.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all digital campaigns using data-driven insights, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Innovate and develop forward-thinking marketing strategies to attract and engage new customers in the fintech landscape.
- Work with creative teams to produce engaging and high-performing content across all channels, including ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Plan, prepare, and execute promotional activities such as online advertising, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), sales memos, and more.
- Stay ahead of market trends, employing data analysis and market research to enhance campaign strategies, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Design and implement multi-touch sales funnels, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic data insights.
- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in the payments and fintech industry.
- Proficient in digital design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; SEO expertise is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools such as GPT-based content generation, marketing automation platforms, or machine learning-based analytics.
