LEA English Centre is a 5-star rated language centre in Malaysia, dedicated to delivering high-quality English education to international students. With over 15 years of experience, we provide a dynamic, international, and student-centered learning environment. We are expanding our teaching team and looking for passionate and creative English Teachers to join us!

Job Purpose

To deliver engaging and effective English lessons to international students, fostering an interactive and immersive language learning environment. Teachers are expected to support student progress both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to international students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Develop lesson plans that meet the learning needs and goals of students.
• Use interactive, creative, and fun teaching methods to ensure active learning.
• Design and organize learning activities, games, projects, and class presentations to enhance student engagement.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain proper class records, attendance, and student evaluation reports.
• Adapt teaching strategies for diverse student backgrounds and learning styles.
• Participate in staff meetings, teacher training, and student events when required.
• Optionally, teach young learners (kids) or IGCSE-level English or related subjects – a plus point for candidates with experience in these areas.
