EXECUTIVE- BUSINESS REPORTING & INFORMATION SYSTEM

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and prepare monthly operation statistical and performance report.
• Coordinate with IT Department on the improvement and enhancement of all O&M Head Office’s system to ensure an efficient application and IT support system is available and working smoothly
• Check, review and verify nationwide operational performance data in ERP system, to ensure up to date records to meet targeted Level of Service (LOS)
• Assist section to review and improve on reports (i.e. Section monitoring/ performance/ Benchmarking report) to ensure the management reports are informative.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendation for ERP system enhancement, customization of back-end report.
• Prepare Operations & Maintenance Department HOD’s KPI and SPAN KPI report to ensure report submission within deadline.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly Business Performance Improvement (BPI) report within deadline.
• Plan and prepare quarterly UO League Table (LT) when is required.
• Coordinate and update yearly operation risk management report (ORM). Liaison with IT Department and Risk Management & Compliance Unit to ensure smooth operation of IWK Risk Management System (IRMS).
• Carry out data analysis (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, SAP and etc.) and develop presentation materials when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Business/ Engineering from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Knowledge in report writing and good presentation skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and personality.
• PC literate in Microsoft Office.
